LAGI LAGI EXPERIMENT !!

ASSALAMUALAIKUM semua !! so wassup semua !! ermm about 6 days im not up to date my COOL BELOG ni !! haha busy beb , keje tu la keje ni la !adoi pening 2 , lab report yang berlambak , assignment yang terkumpul , tutorial yng tak terjawab !! haah btw alhamdulillah lah , i have done all that ,ermm based on gambar tu kan aku sure yang korang tau pasal cter ak untuk kali ni !! haahah , tu la makmal teknologi getah UITM PERLIS , n tu classmate ak yang ber-lab coat !! then yang berbaju wane merah merah tu Pn aishatun , she is my beloved lecture ,  time ak part 3 dulu ak dapat A beb dia punya subjek !! hahahah..ouke time ni kt orang sedang buat experiment pasal latex compounding !!! this experiment almost killing me beb !! sebab ammonia content dalam latex tu buat kan aku pening dan letih je lepas habis experiment ni !! even dis experiment menguji tahap fizikal aku tapi ia nya satu experiment yang menggembirakan !! and the most important aku dapat product daripada experiment ini !!okthnxbye *JOMBUATLABREPORT*

DIPPING PROCESS

Hi Guys ,

What up ?? ouke hari ni ?? hahah ! ermm today i have a new experienced where i have done my second practical !! yeah , exeriment 2 sangat best sebab sangat simple and easy to handle !! yeah it is very awesome experiment !! at last , i have made "GLOVE" wahahah !! teruja beb , So lau uols nk wak kat rumah @ kolej masing2 pon bley sebab dye tak memudaratkn , haha !! so ikut this procedure :

1) large boiling tubes should be used as formers.
2)They should be washed by using 1% of Dissapol N and then dried.. After cleaning  no parts of tubes to be dipped should be touched.
3)Dip the former into the latex ,slowly withdraw and rotate to even out irregularities.
4) Allow to dry at room temperature and repeating dipping . rotating and drying so that the tube has two coats of latex.
5)Give a final dry and cure of 30 minutes at 100 "c , cool, duxt with calcium carbonate

waahhAA !! simple kan , ada 5 steps je lagipon senang je nk dapatkan materials ni ,kalau da terdesak sangat pergi je curi susu GETAH kat ladang sana !! hahah , So , SELAMAT MENCUbA guys ! *evolusipolymer*
